Course Description:
The objective of this online substance abuse in the workplace training course is to provide managers and supervisors with important facts about substance abuse in the workplace and show how to help employees deal with this damaging problem. In this session, we’ll examine the scope and cost of substance abuse and discuss a supervisor's role in helping to manage this difficult and complex problem in a way that helps employees in need and protects co-workers and the organization from the negative impact of substance abuse.
